9-30-25 Broke up concrete in stairwell hallway to expose combination sewer. Removed combo and descaled 4” cast iron pipe. Removed scale and grease with hydro jetter. Got measurements for sewer lining. 10-1-25 Installed a 4” sewer liner approximately 100’ from the floor cleanout in closet downstream ending in the open pipe. Reinstated four connections. 10-2-25 Installed two 4” connection tee liners where the two separate kitchen overheads in basement tied in. Installed one 3’ patch liner on each overhead stack starting just past 3” copper pipe and ending in newly installed tee connection liner. Hydro-jetted from manhole outside upstream to open hole pulling all grease and debris back to basin. 10-3-25 Installed a 4” cleanout and backfilled hole with 3/4” stone. Recemented the hole.
