Customer had a GFCI that was wired up backwards that he went out and bought. Explain to customer how line and load on a GFCI works and corrected. Explain to customer that all the extension cords in the front yard control in the Christmas lights will make that GFCI trip every single time if it gets wet or moisture and do on the ground. There is no warranty on anything since it’s a customer supply GFCI and if we had to come back out, we will automatically troubleshoot entire circuit.
