Remove and dispose of existing tank water heater. Replace water shutoff and supply lines. Replace emergency pan, gas flex and sediment trap. Reconnect to existing exhaust piping, t&p discharge piping and pan drain piping. Replace thermal expansion tank. Install anode upgrade and flood protection. Provide city permit and inspection.
