Replace outlet with warranty in the office room and found that wires were stripped on installation and touching the ground and explained issues with it and cleaned connections and redid the connections and installed new outlet. Will only warranty the one outlet. Will have to come back out to replace back to decora plug but due to time restraints I wasn’t able to go pick one up. Also will perform the safety inspection and talk about repairing issues in electrical system.
