Equipment Surge protector blew up and burned the ac disconnect. Explained to customers that the panel needs to be replaced and that it is a hazard and that we will warranty our equipment but with the type of panel they have it can cause serious issues and customers declined prices on panel replacement. Explained that it is a hazardous electrical panel.
