Customer is selling the house and is trying to get certain things fixed up before the inspection. Had a ceiling fan that was not working properly in the back master bedroom. Took old fan down checked voltage and everything was correct and installed new ceiling fan with a remote. Connected to one switch and not the dimmer and explained why it only needs one switch to control ceiling fan since it has a remote. Everything works with no issues and five year warranty on install.
