Arrrived to look at customer concerns over seeing flashing coming from outlet on counter and the outside outlet occasionally tripping. Found the gfci outlets to be fully operational and no signs of damage or loose connections. The outside outlets silicone seal had come apart so added some new silicone to close the gaps.
