Panel is too full to add any more additional circuits. Panel is a challenger-sylvenia, an outdated panel that is not made anymore because it had many hazardous problems. Additionally, the NFPA, who write the electric code recommends changing out panels after 25 years. This panel has lasted almost double that. I gave an estimate that will change the electrical panel/service to a modern size and install the EV Charging outlet next to the panel at no additional cost.
