- Cut into water heater cold side ( remove coupling shutoff and flex line ) - install tee new shutoff valve and new flex line. - Cut kink in soft copper near ceiling in kitchen on 1/4 line and install compression male adapter to connect new ice maker supply line. ** 5yr warranty on work ** not responsible for existing plumbing ** Tested all work no leaks , cleaned up tools and trash. Showed both homeowners all the work and they are satisfied
