Customer called after we were out working on the garage GFCI, side patio outdoor outlet and front porch outlet. Customer had originally called about these outlets as well as the powder room GFCI outlet and all the upstairs bathroom outlets. Informed customer that the powder room GFCI controls the daughter’s bathroom GFCI, which controls the other two upstairs bathroom outlets. Informed customer that if the bathroom outlets aren’t working then he’ll need to reset the powder room GFCI and then his daughter’s bathroom GFCI. Circuit should be rewired in order to simplify the process. Left quote for standard troubleshoot in order to correct the issue. As of today the warranty is only on the outlets that we’ve worked on which are the garage GFCI, back patio outdoor outlet and the front porch outlet which isn’t currently working due to needing to have a new wire run to it.
