When annual service was performed on our furnace last fall, we paid for a blower filter. During the winter we noticed an unusual amount of dust in all areas of our house. We recently called for service, at which time it became obvious that the filter had not been changed. It seems like your furnace service people are not thorough. We are disappointed. A change in company is being considered.
