Would be nice if My tank is filled with auto delivery instead of calling and not worried if I'll run out of oil within the contract. Also, the weather is cold, I expect to have oil in My tank and not worry about it.

I got a call form my S/O while I was at work, and she asked me if I had ordered heating oil (I no longer order oil from H.B. Steele/TEVIS as I get from somewhere else now) and I stated no. She had stated there was someone filling out tank. I told her to stop the man as he was at the wrong house. He had then realized he was at the wrong home (he was at house number 43 and not 57 as he was supposed to) and stopped pumping. Then, he was advised by his supervisor to charge us for the oil that was delivered. I DID NOT order the oil, and DID NOT authorize to pay for it, nor pump it into our tank. He had pumped ~60 gallons, and I had advised pump it out if you need to, because I will not be paying for it as it was not my mistake. Then, a bill was put in my door that was in the original orderer's name, address, info etc. His/Her name was crossed off in pen, my name hand written. The house number was crossed off, and then the house number 45 was written (still the wrong house number, not my house number) and the total amount hand written as well. This was absolutely unethical, and just plain out not right. Terrible customer service. I stopped using HB Steele when TEVIS had taken over, and have had nothing but bad experiences since. This takes the cake. Both my grandparents, and cousin had now switched to someone else since this incident and I will never recommend them to anyone - ever.

H.B. Steele &Son did a great job! Got my heating oil to me in less than a day. Very impressed! One thing however, I guesstimated I’d need 125 gal. Turned out I only needed 107.8. Would be nice to know what is done with the money I paid that was now leftover. Otherwise, awesome experience! I call again!
