I received my oil delivery in a timely manner. However, despite asking the employee over the phone to let the driver know I would need my furnace line cleared, he arrived without his tools and had not been notified. Then despite several employees telling me someone would be out to fix it that day and asking everyone to send notice that they call when they were on their way, no one showed up until midnight, when I had already gone to bed and no one called beforehand to notify me someone was still coming out. Then the next day after rescheduling and telling them I could not miss another day of work to wait and that after 4:30 pm would be preferable, someone came to my house at 3pm. He said he would send a notice out for someone else to come out and no one showed up by 7pm, I called the emergency line, was told to wait 1-2 hours then call back. No one showed up so I called again and I was told there was no report in the system and that she would peronally call the tech to come out, a tech finally called me and said this was the first he heard of this matter. He was finally able to come out at 11:30 that night. I don't know if I was just being told what I wanted to hear for the most part or if the communication is really that bad within the company, but because of this experience I'm seriously considering finding a new oil provider. The waiting wasn't the issue but the absolute lack of communication and honestly towards me was unacceptable. Every person I spoke with had a new excuse or story about what happened.
