Tevis energy and Quantay have been great to work with. I was able to get a human on the phone to set up my new account and schedule service quickly and easily. Tevis always gives us excellent service. We get oil delivery and they maintain our heating and cooling systems. They are always on time, and respond in an emergency. I have had a number of other companies, and this is the best I have ever had.

I did not have a good experience. I ordered on line and I did not get a date of when my oil would be delivered. I callled in and they said Wednesday I stated that I would need delivery by Tuesday the person since I made the order on line I will have to change it on line. I said no problem but I am not allowed to make any changes. The person stated that they can change it to Tuesday but it would cost $34.00 more I said ok, they charged my card the extra $34.00 but my oil was not delivered until Wednesday the original date. So I paid an extra $34.00 for nothing.

Delivery was timely. I needed service and there was major confusion on Tevis' part who our service agent was. We got it sorted out, but I was billed three times by Jerry. I like Jerry, he's a good tech. There seems to be confusion about the Modern Comfort/Jerry situation. However, Tevis was very sure that we were to pay THEM for the policy. I don't care for being hassled about a service policy three months before we even turn on our heat! Additionally, there is no price per gallon on the ticket left by the driver. We went with Husky because they were the only oil company I could find that openly stated what the price of a gallon of oil was. Now, we're back to opaqueness about pricing and other problems, which is why we left Tevis years ago. You guys need to tighten up. I want to see the price per gallon that we are paying. You have carte blanche to our credit card, it is only fair.
