I tried to pay using one of my several credit cards, but it wasn't accepted because I had used a DIFFERENT card previously. Yes, I do have more than one card and have no idea which card I used previously and don't think it makes good business sense for you to require me to remember and use the same card each time I pay. So I entered my checking account information and you won't accept that because my phone number doesn't match. I cancelled my home line so many years ago I don't even remember what it is. YOU SHOULD MAKE IT EASIER FOR CUSTOMERS TO PAY ONLINE. I will be changing oil delivery companies.

I've been a customer for almost 15 years. All of my interactions with Tevis have been exceptional. During a particularly rough winter, they made sure regular deliveries got made. The truck showed up at 9pm on a Sunday night! That's great service! I highly recommend Tevis.

Ran out of oil, called to inquire about last delivery and to remedy situation and was basically called dumb by receptionist because there was no way we could be out. The company had been there 3 weeks prior despite the dropping temperatures and the expanded use of heating system she knew we had oil!!! Im a journeyman plumber, I know when a tank is empty and how to check a faulty guage, which was working perfectly when it said empty. Cherry on top on-site technician couldn't be bothered to bleed both furnace and hot water heater had to do it myself.

Had to fight with receptionist to send out a truck when completely out of oil even though we are on auto delivery. Then once truck finally came out driver did not bleed the hot water heater even though he was reminded.
