Questionable service.

Seldom is Start/Finish recorded on Delivery ticket. Have not received Dipstick Oil Tank Charts for 6,000 and 1,000 tanks. so that Customer and Company have the same measurements. Repeated requests have been made for the Charts. The response has not been satisfactory. My convenience rate is only for oil delivery.
