These big companies come in and buy up mom and pop businesses. They make you think they're going to treat you the same for a little bit and then they start showing their true colors. I have been an automatic delivery customer for a long time with the previous owner. He knew I only needed heating oil through winter and he stop delivering in February. He knew I would fill up in summer when prices were down. The people at Tevis can't seem to grasp this concept. I tried to explain and yet here's another oil delivery. Now it appears they are charging a delivery fee for automatic delivery? I'll be looking for a new supplier before November this year......
