Service is good but you pay a premium. Also, Tevis routinely misapplies my oil payment to my propane account which requires my calling them to correct my account.

The service has been great, the pricing I am having concerns. I have checked with other carries and have found pricing 30 cents lower per gallon and that is with the guarantee price lock that we have with you. I am looking closely into these companies and even though I don't want to change companies, I may have to.

These guys skipped me for an oil refill because they hadn't received payment. Guess what--it was mailed days before. But they let me, a client of years and years, have my furnaces literally burn out. Thankfully, they also sent help. But they caused the problem. It was awful.
