Overall the service is excellent. My only complaint is the budget billing amount needs to be calculated before the due date of the first payment. Somehow I ended up missing a payment and had to double up. Also I turn my furnace off in the summer so I do not need a delivery in June like I received this year. It wiped out the balance I had for the fall and had to play catch up.
