Job Checkin

Troubleshooting and repair plugs as needed. Customer had a cooktop and a vent hood that were not working and had no power. Opened up electrical panel and tested all Square D breakers, and everything was feeding power out. Pulled on all wires to make sure they were all properly connected to the breakers and found that the vent hood/cooktop wire was not connected to the actual breaker itself. Redo the connection and put inside breaker and everything cut on with no issues. Tested vent hood and cooktop and make sure there were no other loose connections in the electrical panel. Everything is working at this time. also explained how GFCI outlets and GFCI breakers work and how to test and reset. Also explain that the GFCI in the upstairs bathroom is protecting all the other bathrooms.
