Arrived onsite to potential warranty after homeowner had power outage and was concerned the whole house surge and multiple breakers were not operational. The whole house surge was still operating upon arrival but there were tripped breaker. Checked voltage and operation of the breakers and only one breaker has a broken trip indicator but it is operating. The only thing not operating in the home is a light kit on the downstairs bedroom fan. Homeowner is going to get replacement for light kit and replacement for the one breaker.
