Customer wanted a quote on running wire to the upstairs and cutting sheet rock 10 foot away from the panel and going from the first story to the second story. We would have to install two arc fall breakers and run wire up the walls. Customer got two different quotes one for 995 and the other around 1200. Explain to customer we will not be able to price match due to that not being apples to apples. Explained our warranty and our insurance and the liability and reviews. Explained the difference of our price compared to others.
