Customer called about the kitchen overhead lights and under cabinet lights not working. Lights are controlled by two smart switches in the same double gang switch box. The front left bedroom ceiling fan light is not working but the smart switch has an indicator light that is on. Customer is waiting to hear back from her husband before proceeding with the repairs. Left option for troubleshooting. Informed customer that we do not supply smart switches only standard switches with troubleshoots but she said they may have extras somewhere.
