Arrived on the job site. The customer stated she wanted to replace a light fixture in her upstairs room, which will serve as the second living room. The new light fixture is working properly. I also performed a safety evaluation throughout the home and identified several items that need to be addressed with both decision makers. These include issues within the electrical panel—such as breakers and AFCI breakers—as well as concerns regarding the smoke detectors. We’ll be returning on November 7th with my supervisor to provide quotes and additional information. The customer was completely satisfied with today’s visit and understands that the light fixture includes a five-year warranty, which applies to the connections only.
