Replace gfci and troubleshoot fixture( no guarantee fix on fixture). Customer had a GFCI in the garage that had a fridge plugged in that went bad and the middle spring popped out so he could not reset the GFCI. Explain to customer that the GFCI tripped for a reason, but customer declined the intermediate and standard troubleshoot today. Explain to customer if we have to come back out we will automatically charge for an intermediate troubleshoot to go through the entire circuit. Explain how a GFCI works and what it does and how to reset. Everything is working at this time in a five-year warranty only on the GFCI outlet. 1.
