Customer had circuit upstairs, not working properly and found that the first plug that I worked on was bad and melted and burnt and stab locked. Explain to customer that if the master bedroom, plugs and switches are stab blocked in the entire house of sky blocked, which are going to keep causing issues such as burning wires and melting wires, and the breakers are not recognizing that due to that being an old GE then breaker panel. Replaced the plug in the master bedroom to the left and everything worked with no issues and explain. He will get a five year warranty only on those two plugs on that wall. gave options for repairing everything else and explained how everything works.
