Arrived to look at issue with the EV circuit has lost power again. Confirmed the amperage is set properly in the homeowners app and the circuit is installed to code but the panel damage has furthered preventing the breaker from operating. Prior to the circuit being installed the panel was already visibly damaged on the bus bar. Top tech is not responsible for the panel as our warranty only covers the circuit that we installed and we are unable to repair the circuit at this time due to the panels current condition. Provided quotes to replace the panel and bring the entire electrical system up to current 2023 National Fire and electric safety code. Oncor requires three days prior notice for disconnect/reconnect which will have fees that have to be approved by the owner and will be inspected by the city.
