Inspection for entire house for buyer Kathryn. Found that the electrical panel was in FPE which stands for federal pacific electric and explained that it is a hazard and needs to be replaced. Found that the house was not grounded outside, but all the individual wires had a ground and they were copper. Found no GFCI protection nor AFCI protection. Found that ac unit has a FPE disconnect that will need to be replaced. Kathryn was not home and was talking to the realtor and Kathryn’s dad. Gave different options and tried to set up a time to come out and go over everything and explained pros and cons about the electrical upgrades and changes.
