Blake performed a thorough inspection. I couldn’t make it to the inspection, so my realtor and my father were there. I especially appreciated that even after speaking with them, Blake still took the time to call me, talk through the estimates he provided, and answer all my questions. He really made sure I understood the issues and what work needs to be done. I don’t know anything about electrical systems, and Blake explained the concepts in a very clear manner.
