Customer stated that her outdoor outlet was not working. Upon inspection, I tested the outlet with a plug tester and found it was supplying 120 volts. However, due to inconsistent connections causing intermittent power, I replaced the duplex outlet. I also installed a new bubble cover and sealed it with silicone to prevent water or moisture from entering the outlet. Additionally, I confirmed that the GFCI located in the three-car garage controls this outdoor outlet. Customer is 100% happy and satisfied with today’s work and understands that all labor and materials are covered by a five-year warrant
