My experience with the company as a whole is less than satisfactory. Was not offered the .03 gal senior discount nor the opportunity to cap my per gallon charge. No communication with company. I called to complain about cost compared to other companies & was told these options were available to me. I shared info with my 92 year old neighbor who was never advised of these options. Poor way to run a business. Feels like they’re not interested in their customers only their money. I have no loyalty to tevis & wouldn’t hesitate to go elsewhere for a better price. Was with heaps oil for about 36 years.
