Arrived onsite for heating maintenance 1gas fired furnace with humidifier in basement. Basement Furnace System: Turn heat on and confirmed operation. Changed 16x25 x1 filter provided by Climate Plus. Changed humidifier panel 36 provided by Climate Plus. Brushed and Wiped down furnance blower cabinet and gas burners. Burners fired and are in good working order. Visual impingement detected. Checked electrical. Cleaned the flame sensor.. Measure temperature rise at 55 degrees. System is operating but near the end of its life cycle: recommend upgrading furnace. Will provide an estimate.
