Removed old 2 and 1/2 ton condenser and air handler. Installed new Johnson control 410A air handler and condenser 2 and 1/2 tons. Adapted new air handler to Old dock work kept unistrut so air handler is hung. We rehooked 3/4 line set and 3/8 lines set rehooked up all wiring changed whip change pad. Also put in a Goliath pant hooked up wet switch to glide pan. Also hooked up secondary drain tested drain lines. Everything is offeration with this time perform pressure test on system. Performed micron test on system. Microns went down to 420. Charge system with 410A refrigerator..
Installed a new condenser and air handler.
Arrived onsite for cooling maintenance on 2.5 ton system. System is 12 years old. Performed inspection of the performance, mechanical, and safety systems. Cleaned outdoor unit. Found fault in the voltage enhancement system. Repaired fault and continued inspection. Found fault in the refrigerant system. System going off in high pressure. Indications of a restriction in the refrigerant system most likely the metering device and filter drier. Also last year there was a low refrigerant issue. Inspected evaporator coil and used electronic leak detector. Observed significant rusting and deterioration on the coils. Did not find a leak with the detector. Discussed repair and replacement options with the homeowner and she elected to replace the system.
Arrived onsite to repair leak on NTI boiler in the domestic hot water circuit. Turned off the system. Closed all valves. Purged water out of the domestic hot water circuit and the boiler heating piping. Removed gas valve. Disconnected water piping for the domestic hot water and boiler. Removed fuel supply line. Removed water pump. Removed leaking piece for the domestic hot water. Replaced leaking part. Rewatched water pump and fuel delivery system. Connected all electronics. Filled the piping and confirmed no leaks. Started the system and confirmed operation and no leaks.
Arrived onsite for maintenance for one gas fired boiler. Requested the customer turn on the thermostats up to heat and confirm operation of the boiler and each zone valve. Turned the boiler off and removed and cleaned all burners and wiped cleaner the burner compartment. Performed a visual inspection of all electrical and inspected all external water components such as the exp tank, fill valve, backflow preventer and the circulator pump. Completed combustion test.
Arrived onsite for a leak in NTI boiler. Found the leak on the Return Group for the fresh it water supply. Looking into warranty for the part. And then will provide pricing.
Arrived onsite for leaking from boiler. Opened panel and observed some water back left. Could not find the source of the water. Cleared condensate lines and cleaned combustion drainage trap as precaution. Reattached and continued to observe for a source of water. Water no longer materialized. Homeowner will monitor. This could be a leak from the flu collection box or perhaps a frozen exhaust pipe.
Arrived onsite for maintenance for one gas fired high efficiency boiler. Requested the customer turn on the thermostats up to heat and confirm operation of the boiler and each zone valve. Turned the boiler off and removed cover to clean the heat exchanger. Performed a visual inspection of all electrical and inspected all external water components such as the exp tank, fill valve, backflow preventer and the circulator pump. Cleared the condensate line. Confirmed everything is operating and heating properly at this time. Performed Dryer Vent Cleaning.
Arrived onsite for no heating service call on Oil Fired Boiler. Upon arrival confirmed call for heat on the thermostat and each confirmed each zone valve opened. Attempted to reset oil burner but burner would not start. Found no power to the burner. Found a fault in the water emergency cut off system that is stopping power from starting the boiler. Also observed leak coming from purge valve. Recommend oil heating maintenance as this should be done annually. The oil filter, oil screen, and oil nozzle have not been changed in almost 4 years. Oil fuel contains significant contaminants that clog the burner system.

Arrived onsite for maintenance of a gas-fired boiler. Verified boiler operation and each zone valve. Turned off the unit, cleaned burners and compartment, and performed a visual inspection of electrical and external water components. Noticed water near the 60-gallon indirect hot water tank and a leak from the pressure relief valve, which is incorrectly oriented. Detected a faulty temperature pressure gauge and a grinding noise from the combustion motor, indicating it needs replacement. While the boiler is operational, multiple components require repair. We recommend adding isolation valves during the necessary repairs to simplify future maintenance. An estimate for the repairs will be provided.

Arrived at a residential home between 8-9am. The air conditioning system was inspected and an Aprilaire 210/213 filter was installed. The unit is running well and providing better air flow to the home with the new filter. The customer was pleased with the maintenance.
