Recovered the refrigerant from the system, remove the old condenser and evaporator coil. Set a new condenser pad, leveled and mounted the condenser. Install the new evaporator coil and fabricated a custom transition to the existing ductwork. Formed all the required refrigeration piping, and condensate piping. Performed a nitrogen pressure test, then evacuated the system to 298 microns. Performed a 10-minute decay test and confirmed that the system is holding a good vacuum.
Arrived onsite for issues with condensate drain. Water in emergency pan. Condensate pump over flowing. Performed diagnostic on the entire water removal system. Did not find a leak or clogged. Cleared condensate line as precaution. Poured several gallons of water down the condensate drain. Pump worked perfectly and no leak detected. Left paper towel under the trap as an indicator of future moisture.
Arrived on site for no cooling. Both air handler and condenser works. Checked pressures, subcooling was 1.1 Temp split was 5.6 degrees. Superheat: 40.4. Checked copper lining for any kinks. Line set looks good. Took a look at evaporator coil. Looks good despite some rust. Unit has a txv. Low pressure was 70.5 High pressure was 227.5. Customer thought about leak test but decided to recharge unit with 3 pounds instead. After charging unit up. The info updated to
Arrived onsite for ac maintenance on 3 systems . Turn AC on to confirm operation. Chemically Cleaned outside coils.
Came to perform duct cleaning upon system. We ran drop clothes through out the house. We tied duct cleaning equipment into system . We proceeded to remove scrub and clean all ducts and registers. We also installed a new pure Air UV light to purify the air along with a 20x24x4 filter. We cleaned and scrubbed the evaporator coil upstairs with cleaner and a demolding agent. We applied pan treatment and cleaned the blower wheel assembly. We patched all ductwork and sealed openings. We installed a new wet switch. We checked all functions of the unit everything is operational at this time.
Arrived onsite for ductwork inspection for organic growth. Homeowner had a condensate leak over the summer. Then found black organic growth on a register in a bedroom. She cleaned it but would like to see if there is growth in the ductwork. Used probing camera and found black organic growth in the ductwork. Due to the amount of growth and access to the ductwork recommend duct cleaning with microbial solution and UV light. And follow up inspections of the ductwork mid summer and twice in 2026. Homeowner selected Platinum repair. Will have the office schedule before April; most likely March.

Air Conditioning Repair for a residential homeowner. Inspected the system and found low refrigerant indicating a leak. The leak was detected and repaired. The system is now operating properly.
