Arrived onsite for condensate leak. Homeowner mentioned it leaked last year too. Homeowner vacuumed emergency drain pan. I cleaned the condensate trap. Used CO2 cartridge to blow air through the primary and secondary drain line. Pour water in the evaporator coil drain and observed proper drainage. Upon testing the emergency drain pan found a hole in the pan. Used silicon to seal the hole. Homeowner will contact us if silicone doesn’t hold. Recommend annual maintenance.

Greeted customer upon arrival Period Customer LED me to Air handler, thermostat, and condenser. Went outside to see the condenser turns on and it does. Set thermostat to Cooling. Disconnected the condenser from the disconnect box. Lean condenser from inside out. Use chemical and water to clean condenser. Plug disconnected back into power on the condenser, the condenser did not turn on. Issues with Generac box. Troubleshoot the situation, contactor in Generac box is bad. Hardwire the disconnect box directly to the condenser, generic box isn't connected to anything. Condenser turned back on check precious with field pieces check temperature split, temperature split Peak at 18° difference. All readings on pressure were fine except subcooling. Subcooling was at 1.6 Max. Inform the customer about the unit needing to be recharged, customer rejected and is aware about the unit status and information. Customer acknowledge and signed off.

Arrived onsite for water leak. Found pinhole leak in the copper condensate line. Used vinyl hose and hose clamps to stop the leak. The copper is older and maybe loosing its firmness. If problem persist may have to look at an alternate solution.

Arrived onsite forr no heat service call. Found the system off. Tried starting it but found faultnin the combustion and ignition safety system. Provided options to the homeowner. She selected Silver repair. Preformed repair including an burner cleaning and combustion analysis test. System flue exhaust pipe is onthe hotter side but within specifications. The carbon monoxide is 30ppm this is within the safe range but it bordering on high. Note the blower wheel or motor is making some noise but functional. System is operational but recommend replacing due to age and condition.
