Arrived onsite for water leak. Found pinhole leak in the copper condensate line. Used vinyl hose and hose clamps to stop the leak. The copper is older and maybe loosing its firmness. If problem persist may have to look at an alternate solution.
Arrived onsite for ac maintenance on 2 units. Asked customer to turn AC on to confirm operation. Chemically Cleaned both outside coils.
Arrived onsite forr no heat service call. Found the system off. Tried starting it but found faultnin the combustion and ignition safety system. Provided options to the homeowner. She selected Silver repair. Preformed repair including an burner cleaning and combustion analysis test. System flue exhaust pipe is onthe hotter side but within specifications. The carbon monoxide is 30ppm this is within the safe range but it bordering on high. Note the blower wheel or motor is making some noise but functional. System is operational but recommend replacing due to age and condition.
Arrived onsite to fix fault in flame safety system. Removed faulty part and installed new part, confirmed operation of the system.

Brushed and Wiped down furnace blower cabinet and gas burners. Burners fired and are in good working order. No visual impingement detected. Checked electrical. Cleared condensate lines. Cleaned the flame sensor. However the flame sensor has carbon build up and browning. Recommend replacing. Will provide an estimate. System is operating as it should. Basement Furnace unit: Ask customer to turn heat on and confirmed operation. Changed filter. Brushed and Wiped down furnace blower cabinet and gas burners. Burners fired and are in good working order. No visual impingement detected. Checked electrical. Cleared condensate lines. Cleaned the flame sensor. Will provide an estimate. System is operating as it should.

Brushed and Wiped down furnance blower cabinet and gas burners. Burners fired and are in good working order. No visual impingement detected. Checked electrical. Cleaned the flame sensor.. Measure temperature rise at 64degrees. This is slightly high but not as bad as last year’s maintenance. Explain to homeowner signs to look for in case of short cycling due to overheating. System is operating as it should.
Arrived onsite for no heat call. Asked customer to turn the heat on and found out that the home is under construction and all thermostats are new. And system is currently off. Also found out some zone have been changed with construction and there is a chance of drained down zones and unattached baseboard.
