HVAC System Repairs: A homeowner reported excessive vibration coming from their HVAC system. Upon inspection, I identified worn-out compressor isolation mounts as the cause. I replaced the damaged mounts, significantly reducing vibrations and ensuring stable compressor operation.
Air Conditioning System Repairs: A client’s AC system was underperforming due to refrigerant leaks, resulting in an insufficient charge. I located and repaired the leaks before recharging the system, ensuring optimal cooling performance and efficiency.
Perform the maintenance for the oil fire boiler, replace the nozzle, oil filter, and pump screen. Opened the top of the boiler, brushed and vacuumed the flu passages and confirmed that the chimney base is clean. Reassembled the top and installed all screws into the flue piping. Started up the boiler and performed a full combustion analysis on it, the boiler is operating properly at this time. Also confirm that these own valves are both operating as well.
Furnace Troubleshooting and Repair: After a homeowner reported uneven heating, we conducted a full furnace diagnostic and found a faulty ignition system. Our technicians quickly replaced the malfunctioning component, tested the system, and restored dependable warmth to the home, just in time for a cold front.
Replaced the damaged blower assembly for the first floor furnace, installed a new wheel and blower housing. Started up and cycled the unit, the furnace is now running properly.
Arrived onsite for heating maintenance gas fired high efficiency furnace located in basement Basement Furnace: turn heat on and confirmed operation. Customer already changed aprilaire media filter. Observed humidifier but customer doesn’t use it. Brushed and Wiped down furnace blower cabinet and gas burners. Burners fired and are in good working order. Blew out condensate line. No visual impingement detected. Checked electrical. Homeowner shared concerns with noisy, shaking blower motor. Called supply house and order new parts under warranty. Blower wheel and motor. Cleaned the flame sensor. Measured heat rise at 40 degrees. System is operating as it should except blower motor.
Ductless Heat Pump Repair: When a client reported inconsistent heating from their ductless system, our team traced the issue to a failing damper motor. We efficiently replaced the faulty part, restoring precise temperature control across all zones and significantly improving the home's comfort.
Autumntime HVAC Tune-Up: I performed an annual autumntime HVAC tune-up for a homeowner, focusing on the system’s air conditioning components. I cleaned the evaporator and condenser coils, inspected the refrigerant lines for leaks, and tested the thermostat to ensure optimal functionality. These preventive measures help maintain system efficiency as the cooler months approach.
Tankless Water Heater Installation: A residential client needed a reliable, energy-efficient water heating solution. I recommended and installed a new tankless water heater, ensuring proper connections to the plumbing system. This installation included safety features and performance testing, providing the homeowner with a consistent, efficient hot water supply.
Arrived onsite to address customer inquiries about closing registers and merging the AC and heating thermostats. Closed the basement registers near the sliding door. Regarding the thermostat, a new wire needs to be run to the furnace to add the common wire. This can be done through the hall closet, which has access to the basement. Homeowner approved the estimate.
Ductwork Repair: Repaired collapsed duct flex to restore airflow and improve system efficiency.

Went out to a residential home for an ac repair. The air conditioning system in the residential residence had stopped supplying cold air. Found the blower motor was broken. The blower motor was changed to restore proper cooling for the client.
Pool heat pump repair. Found a faulty thermostat was causing issues. The thermostat was replaced to restore proper function to the heat pump.
