Arrived onsite for issue with the water heating. Found system off on high temperature safety. Performed diagnostic. Reset system and Relit pilot light. Performed safety system rejuvenation. Set boiler temperature to B/C. Confirmed operation of the system.
Arrived onsite for maintenance for one gas fired boiler. Requested the customer turn on the thermostats up to heat and confirm operation of the boiler and each zone valve. Turned the boiler off and removed and cleaned all burners and wiped cleaner the burner compartment. Performed a visual inspection of all electrical and inspected all external water components such as the exp tank, fill valve, backflow preventer and the circulator pump. System now working as it should. Performed dryer vent cleaning.
Arrived onsite for heating maintenance 1 gas fired furnace with humidifier. Heat was upon arrival and confirmed operation. Filter in good shape 18x24x1z Brushed and Wiped down furnace blower cabinet and gas burners. Cleaned vent grills. Burners fired and are in good working order. Slight visual impingement detected. Checked electrical. Replaced flame sensor due to carbon buildup and it breaking. Measured 51 degree heat rise. System is operating as it should. Recommend upgrading system due to age and energy efficiency.

Sometime in the afternoon- no arrival time given; I did make him aware that there is a big rooftop job right before. If Joe happens to not be able to make it this day, then I will send him first thing next week. John said he will send Joe the code to get in and he has family staying over Friday through the weekend. Need to look at the water heater, top seems to be leaking, need to see if Joe can change fitting to make it stop or if he needs a new water heater.
