Arrived on site for dryer vent cleaning. Asked customer to turn dryer.on. Used air compressor with hose to clear out the dryer vent duct work from the outside. Entered hose 2x to ensure cleanliness
Arrived onsite for no heat. Found error 29. Contacted triangle tube tech support. Confirmed bad blower assembly. Replaced blower assembly and still had error. Contacted tech support again and they said new blower motor was bad as well. Replaced blower motor again. Also replaced module and igniter. System started up. Performed combustion air test. Read a high CO reading in flue pipe. Took door panel off measured lower CO ppm. Measured fresh air intake for CO; measured fresh air intake at an acceptable level. Recommend coming back to drain and inspect combustion chamber.
Arrived onsite for heating maintenance 1 gas fired furnace in the basement. Basement Furnace System: Turn heat on and confirmed operation. Changed 14x20x1 filter provided by customer. Brushed and Wiped down furnace blower cabinet and gas burners. Burners fired and are in good working order. No visual impingement detected. Checked electrical. Measured .7 amps in the inducer motor. Cleaned the flame sensor.. Measure temperature rise at 52 degrees. System is operating as it should. Homeowner interested in adding a supply vent to second floor room.
