Completion Notes - Maintenance 1.0 $0.00 $0.00 Arrived on site for maintenance. Customer led me to air handler that is upstairs inside of a bedroom closet. Customer led me to three thermostats one downstairs which is a remote control and two thermostats on the wall upstairs. Turned Unit on on all thermostats and the temperature down. Change the filters of the unit one in a return register downstairs and one on the beginning of the stairs in the ceiling. Watch the unit with just water. Open the panel for the line set and cleared it out. Check the temperature difference inside the house and the temperature difference was 18°. Customer acknowledge you update information of the unit and signed off.
Arrived on site for maintenance. Went to the air handler to inspect the filter and evaporator coils, coils looked clean. Filter is due for replacement and customer does not have one on site to replace. Looked at the P-trap, feet trap was a little bit cloudy with gunk, blew it out with a CO2 cartridge. Went outside to the condenser after turning the thermostat down, condenser started up normally. The wash down condenser coils with chemical and water. After washing down condenser hooked up Fieldpiece gauges to check pressures of refrigerant. Pressure seems fine high pressure was a tad allow. Cooling inside Peak at 19 degrees in temperatur. Superheat being 14 and subcooling being eight and the supply vent supplying 55° temperature.
7:30-9am arrival: Equipment should be at office
Dropped off window unit in the garage.
Arrived on site for maintenance. Unit was already running upon arrive. Customer stated no issues with unit as of late. No filter was provided to swap out. Evaporator Coils looked clean. Unit has a piston. Cleaned condenser down. Pressure for condenser looked good
Late afternoon/early evening arrival: Upstairs units minisplit not giving air to master bedroom, the daughters bedroom is alright. He says the freeon was leaking out previously when we came to fix it and did the leak test last time it got up to temp as it should have but did not hold-
Came to job to replace 2 ton ac system. We recovered the old refrigerant. And removed case coil and condenser. Installed new ton and a half Coleman condenser and coil. We hooked up line sets installed new easy trap We pressure tested the system and evacuated it below 500 microns and charged with 410A refrigerant. We fabricated and sealed a new metal transition for the case coil. Installed fusible disconnect with 20 amp fuses and wired unit. Everything is operational at this time. We installed a model 400 aprilaire humidifier to the hot air furnace. Ran 6-in bypass from humidifier to supply. Ran quarter inch line for water feed. Checked for leaks wired and insured everything is operational at this time.

Greeted customer upon arrival. Customer led us to the thermostats upstairs and downstairs. Customers directed us to the air handlers that's in the basement and upstairs. Changed filters, went outside and washed the condensers with chemical and water. Went inside took the temperature difference from the air handler putting one temperature probe into the return vent and the other Supply temperature probe in a supply vent. Upstairs unit temperature difference peaked at 17 degrees Fahrenheit and the downstairs unit peaked at 20° f. Customer said they haven't had any issues as of yet with any units.
Arrived onsite for maintenance of two Ductless systems. Also to provide deep cleaning of one head unit. Homeowner looking for estimate to replace ductless system in bedroom due to age and condition. Also interested in split system for the basement ant first floor.
Arrived onsite for no AC service call on second floor system. Performed diagnostic and found the system over 90% low on 410a. There is a significant refrigerant leak.
Whole-Home Air Purification: Installed a comprehensive air purification system to reduce allergens, airborne contaminants, and improve overall indoor air quality for the household.
Upon arrival, found the system extremely low on refrigerant charge. Performed a leak check; no leaks were detected. Pressure tested the system with nitrogen to verify integrity. Pulled a vacuum down to 500 microns to ensure the system was free of moisture and non-condensables. Recharged the system to the factory-specified charge of 3 pounds 5 ounces of R-410A. System is operating properly at this time. No additional issues noted.
