Arrived onsite for Nona’s service call found fault in Voltage Enhancement System. Discussed options for repair or due to age for replacement of system. Homeowner elected the Gold repair with Elite Partner Plan for 2 Cooling Systems. This provided a 20 percent discount on today’s repair and the cooling maintenance. Performed repair. Cleaned debris from the system. Checked electrical performance and system performance. Second floor is cooling at this time.
Arrived onsite for maintenance for one gas fired boiler. Requested the customer turn on the thermostats up to heat and confirm operation of the boiler and each zone valve. Turned the boiler off and removed and cleaned all burners and wiped cleaner the burner compartment. Performed a visual inspection of all electrical and inspected all external water components such as the exp tank, fill valve, backflow preventer and the circulator pump. Completed combustion test. System working as it should.

Removed old natural gas. 80% hot air furnace. Installed new two-stage 80% 120,000 BTU natural gas. Hot air furnace. Adapted smoke pipe 4-in 26 gauge redid 3/4 PVC drains relocated condescate pump rehooked up high voltage and low voltage wiring. Rehooked up gas piping adapted new furnace to Old coil.
Furnace Repair Service: Complaints of inadequate heating led us to investigate a furnace with a failing inducer motor. Our technicians replaced the damaged motor and fine-tuned the system for optimal airflow and ventilation. The homeowner now enjoys consistent warmth and improved furnace reliability.
rrived onsite for service call: blower fan seems loud. Homeowner mentioned it’s been a long time since a maintenance. Found the system running without a filter. Homeowner provided a filter 20x24x1. Installed filter but it was difficult due to gas piping placement. Recommend repiping. Opened up furnace cabinet. Found a good amount of dust in the burner cabinet. Found thick, caked-on dust and dirt on the blower wheel. Concerned that blower motor may not last that long. Also concerned about the draft inducer motor. Recommend Platinum Repair to rejuvenate the furnace’s air movement system which chemically clean the blower wheel, clean cabinet, and modify the gas piping to allow easier access to the filter. Homeowner is considering upgrading the furnace instead of repairing it so she can take advantage of the 10 year parts and labor warranty.
