Arrived onsite for maintenance for one gas fired boiler. Requested the customer turn on the thermostats up to heat and confirm operation of the boiler and each zone valve. Turned the boiler off and removed and cleaned all burners and wiped cleaner the burner compartment. Performed a visual inspection of all electrical and inspected all external water components such as the exp tank, fill valve, backflow preventer and the circulator pump. System working as it should.
Arrived onsite for heating maintenance 2 gas fired furnaces: 1 in basement and 1 in the attic.
Arrived on site for no cooling call. Condenser fan was running. Air handler was running Compressor was off. Checked/tested capacitor. Capacitor was dead. Replaced capacitor.
Arrived on site for driving cleaning. Customer led me to the event outside on the left side of the house. Use portable cable compressor to clean out the dryer vent from the outside. Ask customer to run the dryer inside. Fed hose down the vent and waited for the compressor to build up pressure. Took out a great amount of that was restriction the dryer vent. Went inside the event about 4 to 5 times with the hose to ensure cleanliness of the dryer vent. After cleaning dryer vent picked up all the link off the ground, cleaning up the best to the ability.
All right on site for maintenance. Customer led me to the basement where the air handlers located. Customer turned on the unit and saw the unit fully functional. Took out the old filtering replacing with a filter that was applied on site. Open up the evaporator code to check out the mirroring device in the condition of the evaporator coil. The main device is a piston and evaporator cause rain good condition. Also inserted two condensate treatment pills inside the condensate tray. I made sure that the water pump of the air handler was fully functional. Went outside pull the disconnect of the condenser to work on it safely and took out the top. Wash down the unit with chemical and water. Put the condenser back together and turn on the condenser and it turned on normally. Check the pressures with the field pieces. High pressure was a little low but it was 69 outside.
Arrived onsite for no cooling call. Condenser fan motor failed. Homeowner looking to replace system. Installed condenser fan motor. System still running hot. Misters had been added to the condenser that are helping
Arrived onsite for no cooling service call. Customer explained the breaker keeps tripping. Performed diagnostic. Removed compressor from the circuit and fan worked. Tested compressor wires for resistance measure a jumping ohm up to 300. Measures resistance to ground. Took top off and measure resistance on compressor leads. Again had high resistance measurement between leads. Measured resistance to ground in all 3 terminals. The compressor is confirmed grounded. Left plug off compressor. Returned disconnect in off position. Proving for replacement is being worked up.
Arrived on site for no Cooling. Customer turned on the unit when I arrived, the condenser outside was humming loudly. Sound like the the compressor was working but the fan was not spinning. Unplug the disconnect and open up the wiring for the condenser. Check for voltage and amps everything was fine checked out the capacitor that was pretty rusted up on the top but it was fine. Every component was working good except for the fan. Notice that the fan has a thermal protection, rang up the hose and tried calling it down for about 5 minutes with water.

At the cooling down the condenser turned on the connector by plugging in the disconnect and the unit turned on very loudly. Check for pressures and pressures were pretty low super heat was higher than 50 and what temperature difference inside the house Peak at four degrees difference.
UV Light Air Purification Installation: Installed a UV-C germicidal light system inside the HVAC air handler to neutralize airborne pathogens. Connected the unit to the blower control circuit, ensuring it operated only during air circulation, and verified UV output for indoor air quality improvement.
Arrived onsite for ac maintenance on 1 system. Homeowner mentioned noise from indoor blower fan. Could not recreate the noise. System worked well while there. . Checked all electrical. Chemically Cleaned outside coil. measured pressures for 410a at 120/245psi with 5 degree sub cooling with outside temperature at 81 degrees. Measured temperature drop at 17 degrees. Cleaned out condensate line. Removed 20x20x1 filter located in air handler. Installed 2 -14x28x1 filters in filter grill provided by the homeowner System running as it should.
Arrived on site for maintenance. No one was in the building. Someone left unit running, started outside. Washed down condenser. Checked pressures of condenser,
Arrived onsite for no cooling call. Performed diagnostic on the system. Found a fault in the voltage enhancement system. Inspected motors and they seem to be in working order. Performed gold repair for the voltage enhancement system. System running as it should. Measured 30 degree temperature drop. Did not observe strange noises. Pressure within line of manufacturer’s settings. Confirmed filter is in good shape.
customer experiencing unit slowing down and not cooling well it is around 15 years old and so is the furnace. He is interested in replacing, well aware that may be a possibility.
Received a call at the AC system was not operating, upon arrival I found that the unit was running but low on refrigerant. It is an older R22 system and I do not recommend leak testing at this time. Added 3 lb of R22 refrigerant and the unit is now operating and cooling properly.
