Replace the combustion blower assembly for the unit over Father Brennan Hall, this is the unit that does the far end of the hall with the back door that leads out to the parking lot. Installed the new motor and two new fan wheels for it, performed all of the required wiring and cycle the unit. I confirm that the unit fired up on both low and high stage heat and it is now running and operating properly. I will return to do the second rooftop unit.
Performed the maintenance for all of the church buildings, check and replaced all filters were necessary. Chemically cleaned all of the condensers for all of the buildings and flushed all drain lines. Started up the units at Father Rucki Hall, found that the middle condenser fan motor for condenser number two is seized and needs to be replaced. Confirmed cooling operation of condenser 1 and confirmed it is operating properly. Started up both units at the parish House and confirmed that they are both operating and cooling properly. Replaced both air filters for the furnaces. Started up the unit at Father Carlos's house, replaced the air filter and confirmed operation of the system. The unit is operating and cooling properly. We will need to return to start up the units for Father Brennan Hall and for the church.

I was told that there was a foul propane smelling scent in the church before the eight and 10:00 a.m. masses. I went to the Boiler room and could not smell anything that seemed out of the ordinary, however the boiler was not running. I cycled the boiler on and within a minute of the main burner lighting the entire basement had a very foul smell, the gas is not burning properly.
Return to check out the issue with the boiler combustion, checked the gas pressure after the pressure regulator, at the burner manifold, in and out of the motorized valve and in and out of the gas solenoid valve.
Went out to a home for a water heater repair. The customer had called because the emergency valve on the water heater was leaking. We found that the pressure release valve was malfunctioning and causing the problem. A new pressure release valve was installed to remedy the situation. The water heater is working properly again. The customer was thankful for the plumbing service.
Arrived at a residential home and performed a 6-month inspection on a Rheem heat pump. All electrical connections were checked along with the filters and the refrigerant pressures on heat and cool mode. There were no issues found and the heat pump is working properly for the home.
Responded to a residential homeowner's call. Their air conditioner was leaking water in the closet. Found that the condensate pump was burnt out and pumping water to the outside. We replaced the pump and tested the unit. The system is now operating as it should. The homeowner was grateful for the repair.
