Arrived on time..took great effort to protect our homes interior..Removed old heating system and installed new heating system in 6 hours..The installation process was flawless. On a scale of 1 to 10...A 15!!! Gerry, Cody and Brendan are true craftsmen..The new furnace is a work of art..They were Amazing...I have used Climate+ since 2018 when they installed an upgraded AC system and now the heating system.. I want to thank Joe and his amazing crew of craftsmen for always being there with highest quality of service at very fair prices...

Tankless Water Heater Installation Service: Installed a new tankless water heater with precise placement and plumbing hookups, offering the homeowner continuous hot water and improved energy efficiency.
Water Heater Installation Service: Conducted a thorough assessment of the homeowner’s hot water needs and installed a high-efficiency water heater. Ensured proper connections to the plumbing and electrical systems, optimizing performance for reliable hot water supply. The homeowner now benefits from improved energy efficiency and a consistent supply of hot water.
Arrived onsite for maintenance for one gas fired boiler. Requested the customer turn on the thermostats up to heat and confirm operation of the boiler and each zone valve. Turned the boiler off and removed and cleaned all burners and wiped cleaner the burner compartment: performed a visual inspection of all electrical and inspected all external water components such as the exp tank, fill valve, backflow preventer and the circulator pump. Confirmed everything is operating and heating properly at this time.
Air Conditioning System Repair Service: Upon inspection of the client’s HVAC system, I discovered damaged insulation on the refrigerant lines, which was leading to energy losses. I replaced the insulation to ensure proper refrigerant temperature control and prevent further energy inefficiency.
HVAC Tune-Up for Autumn: As the autumn weather began to shift, I conducted a thorough HVAC tune-up, which involved cleaning the evaporator coil, inspecting the condensate drain, and lubricating all moving parts. These careful steps prepared the system for both cooler and fluctuating temperatures, ensuring the homeowner would have reliable heating and cooling throughout the season.
Afternoon Arrival; EPP 1C- Please send OMW text. Customer reporting no cooling. We did maintenance on 5/7: notes are normal, system running properly at that time. Bill will have a ladder ready for you in case you need access to the attic.
Air Conditioning System Repair: Replaced a malfunctioning compressor that was causing the circuit breaker to trip, ensuring efficient and uninterrupted AC operation.
