Upon arrival found at thermostat did not have a display. Shut down system on the roof. Removed old heat exchanger and collector box. Installed new heat exchanger, collector box and inducer motor closed up system. Try to turn it on still is not getting any display on system. Need to have service technician come out and check out system.

I unplugged and plugged them all back in and was now getting full power to the board and the thermostat. I cycled the unit and confirm that it is now firing up and heating properly.
Arrived onsite for gas smell and carbon monoxide monitors going off. Checked all the units to confirm operation. Performed diagnostic on front units as those CO monitors went off. Only found issue in front left unit. It is firing up intermittently. May have a gas valve issue or a clogged gas oriface.
Received a call that the furnace was not operating, upon arrival I found that the main control fuse for the furnace was blown. I replaced the fuse with a little popper resettable breaker and cycle the system. The furnace started up and I confirmed that it is operating and heating properly and that the blower motor is working. I switch the unit over to cooling and found that as soon as the time delay went through that the popper blue, upon further investigation I found that the contactor in the condenser has a burnt coil and is causing the fuse to blow. The contacter will need to be replaced. Replaced the failed control, mounted and wired in as necessary. Started up the system in cooling mode and confirmed that the condenser and blower motor for the furnace are now operating and the unit is cooling properly. Switched the thermostat over to heat and confirm that the furnace is also turning on and operating properly.
