9-11 Arrival; EPP 1C- Maintenance. Customer has filters on site. Going by notes on file, it does mention a UV bulb. I do not see details in the installation as to what kind of bulb she needs but I would bet money that is due for replacement. I have a feeling this may be an older system.
Arrived onsite for heating maintenance 2 gas fired furnace 1 in basement and 1 in the attic. Basement Furnace System: Turn heat on and confirmed operation. Changed 210 media filter provided by customer. Changed the humidifier water panel 35. Observed water supply leak near solenoid valve. Tighten nut and leak stopped . Brushed and Wiped down furnace blower cabinet and gas burners. Burners fired and are in good working order. No visual impingement detected. Checked electrical. Cleaned the flame sensor. Measure temperature rise at 40 degrees. Performed Combustion Test. System is operating as it should. Note that both UV bulbs are due for replacement. Will send estimate.
