Unrival ran drop cloths and located where the coil and the condenser was. Recovered Freon from 2-ton system.
Arrived onsite for ac maintenance on 1 system . Turn AC on to confirm operation. Checked all electrical. Chemically Cleaned outside coil, Measured temperature drop at 20 degrees. Cleaned evaporator coil and blew out condensate line. Changed polarized air filter. System running as it should.
Removed old 4-ton air handler and condenser. Installed new air handler and condenser R454. Adapted existing ductwork to New Air Hammer in the Attic. Installed easy trap and rehooked up wet switch and secondary rain. Rehooked up line set 7/8 to air handler perform the pressure test of evacuation and pre-charged it. Rehooked up line voltage and low voltage to air handler and two condenser. Install new t6 Wi-Fi thermostat.
Tankless Water Heater Installation: Installed a high-efficiency tankless water heater, including secure wall mounting, gas line extension, water line rerouting, and condensate drainage. Programmed the unit’s temperature controls and tested hot water delivery at multiple fixtures for consistency.
Arrived onsite for hvac maintenance. Confirmed all system were cooling. Customer mentioned first floor cooling did not seem to be working. The thermostat has an occupancy sensors and it appears the sensor may be blocked by retail sale items.
Arrived onsite for no hot water from high efficiency wall hung boiler with indirect hot water tank. Performed diagnostic and observed fault in the combustion exhaust system. Heating rattling. Bearing may have failed or fan blade shredded. Possible rattling. The combustion chamber. Was able to get the system fire up and heat the water tank. System shutoff without an error code. Will provide pricing for repair and pricing for replacing the system.
Arrived onsite for lack of cooling to the third floor and too much cooling in the basement level. Furnace with AC coil located in basement. Upon arrival ask homeowner to turn down the thermostat to start the AC. Went to the basement hvac room. Could immediately feel the cold temperature in the room. Used probes to measure air flow and temperature drop. Measure around 19 degree temperature drop 68/49 and measures .09 total external static pressure (TESP) both are within manufacturer’s specifications.
Water leaking from drain pan in attic through wood floor and ceiling. Says unit does not seem to be cooling effectively either.
HVAC Repair: Replaced cracked and deteriorated compressor isolation mounts that were causing system vibrations. Installed new mounts and verified stability, reducing operational noise and extending component life.
Arrived onsite for leak from back flow preventer. Went through the geothermal pumps and plumbing and did not see an active leak. Contacted Nancy and determined the leak was observed on the building water supply. This would have to be looked at by a licensed plumber. Note that this equipment may need to be certified regularly by a plumber.
Includes replacing of standard fiberglass air filter (pleated higher performance filters can be added at an additional cost) , includes replacing blower belt (if applicable), grease or oil bearings, chemically clean the condensing unit, clean the condensate drain line, check operation of all safety devices, check operation of operating controls, check all motors, compressor and refrigerant charge, visual inspection of the duct system.
Perform the maintenance for the AC system, took apart and clean the outdoor condenser. Replaced the air filter, checked the indoor coil and the condition of the blower wheel, all okay. Started up the system, performed a full measure quick scan on the unit. Confirmed that our static pressure was good, checked and confirmed all electrical readings, found that the unit was still low on refrigerant. Charged up as required, the unit is operating and cooling properly.
Arrived onsite for ac maintenance on 1 units. Asked customer to turn AC on to confirm operation. Checked all electrical. Chemically Cleaned outside unit, measured pressures for R22 at 56/156psi with 7 degree sub cooling with outside temperature at 60 degrees. Measured temperature drop at 20 degrees. Cleaned evaporator coil and blew out condensate line. System was icing up a bit but this may have been from the low outside temperature. We will monitor.
