Arrived onsite for ac maintenance on 1 units. Asked customer to turn AC on to confirm operation. Checked all electrical. Chemically Cleaned outside unit, measured pressures for R22 at 56/156psi with 7 degree sub cooling with outside temperature at 60 degrees. Measured temperature drop at 20 degrees. Cleaned evaporator coil and blew out condensate line. System was icing up a bit but this may have been from the low outside temperature. We will monitor.
Air Conditioning Repair Service: Recharged low refrigerant levels and optimized the system for reliable summertime cooling. Provided maintenance guidance to the homeowner.
Arrived on site for expansion tank swap, upon inspection of the unit we found the existing tank to be a model 12 exp tank (domestic water). The tank ordered was a model 5 which is significantly smaller than what was needed for the unit. The proper model size will need to be ordered.
Received a call that over the weekend during the warm weather that the condenser was not starting up, upon arrival turn down the system and I found that the condenser did start but then shut down. Upon further investigation I found that the pressure in the system was low and was causing the machine to go off on low pressure safety. The machine was running with a 1.6° sub cooling and a 42° superheat, I added 3 refrigerant to the system. The unit is now operating with a 5° sub cooling and a 23° superheat, The outdoor temperatures only 58° and we will need to confirm the charge on a little bit of a warmer day. The unit is operating and is cooling however we will need to perform a leak test to see where the refrigerant is leaking from. There is no diagnostic fee for coming out, we need to come back to perform a maintenance as well. During the maintenance we will perform an electronic leak test.
Arrived onsite to replace UV Bulb and deliver replace filter media. Removed in bulb casing. Removed wiring and removed bulb bracket. Removed bulb and installed new bulb. Replaced bulb bracket and wired new bulb in. Replaced cover. System working as it should.
Arrived onsite for maintenance on 5 rooftop units. changed all filters. Inspected blower wheel. Checked all wiring and electrical components to make sure there are no burn marks and that everything is connected properly. Measured amps. Chemically cleaned the coils. Checked standing pressures of all circuits in all 5 systems.
Air Conditioning System Repair Service: While inspecting a homeowner’s HVAC system, I found that damaged insulation on refrigerant lines was leading to energy loss and inefficiencies. I replaced the compromised insulation to enhance temperature control and improve system efficiency.
AC System Repairs: During a detailed assessment of a client’s HVAC unit, I detected a refrigerant line restriction caused by a kink in the piping. I straightened the kink, restoring proper refrigerant flow and optimizing system performance.
Arrived onsite for maintenance on 6 geothermal cooling systems. Changed filters that were available from customer. Review filters that need to be purchased. Clear out condensate lines. Confirmed operation of all systems Performed inspection of the mechanical, performance and safety systems. Note that none of the UV lights are operation. The bulbs need to be changed. Recommend replacing with a different UV light brand that has more cost effective bulbs.
Arrived on site for duct cleaning of supply and return lines covered blower motor and filter shut off system and began scrubbing return lines first Removed screws from registers on ceiling to scrub microbial growth off of the front and back plate of registers. Ran drop cloth and corner covers to prevent property damage throughout the house Scrubbed the supply and return lines also scrubbed trunk of duct work at each end Spermicide the entire system re patched holes in duct work tested unit for proper functionality All components are working as they should at this time Side note: filter sizes (below) 24 x 30 x 1 20 x 12 x 1
We arrived on site to install a new crown velocity wall hung boiler. We drained down and removed the old NTI boiler. We removed and labeled all piping and wiring and we installed a made a wall to hang the boiler piping and necessary parts. We proceeded to pipe level and adapt the boiler installing honeywell's own valves new magna clean for the system and new taco 10 and grumpus circulator pumps. We piped in the radiant lines and the heating loops. We installed new ball valves on each line for proper purging. We filled checked for leaks and purged out the whole system. We rewired The high and low voltage for the system installing a new neutralizer pump and receptacle. We programmed the system tested all functions everything is operational at this time.

Service Call Note: Issue: Arrived on-site for boiler maintenance. Action Taken: • Replaced the inner body of the Honeywell zone valve. • Applied Teflon tape and pipe dope to threaded connections to ensure a proper seal. • Installed a cap on the drain leg below the backflow valve. • Purged the boiler and tested all zones to confirm proper system flow. Outcome: No air detected in the system. All zones are operating as expected. No further maintenance required at this time.
AC System Repair: Investigating cooling inefficiencies, I identified and repaired a refrigerant leak in the condenser coil. Restoring optimal refrigerant levels improved performance and efficiency, ensuring the homeowner’s comfort without further concerns.
