Arrived on site for heating maintenance. Changed filters of outside unit. Cleared condensation line. Inspected belt condition, belt is tight and secured. Condition: Good. Went inside and turned all thermostat to heating. Went to both furnace inside the building. Changed both AprilAir filter. Cleaned flame sensor on both units. Inspected unit's wiring, Condition:Tight and secured. Both units ran normally and safely. No gas leaks detected. Flame/combustion runs good. No uncontrolled fire movements. Put both units back together and unit came back on normally. Return the temperature back to how it was on the thermostat.

Arrived on site for a non-working AC unit. Upon arrival was led to the basement where the air handlers located, air handler was not on but it was calling for cooling. Went to the basement and took off the panels to inspect the wiring, all wiring it's nice and tight. Check the breaker in case if it was tripped, no Breakers were tripped. Looked at the emergency switch on the unit and the unit was switched off. After switching the unit back on unit was operating normally.

Arrived on site to check out the unit that does the right side of the new addition for no cooling, upon our arrival yesterday the unit was frozen solid. We turned it off to allow it to defrost, we removed the air filters and started up the system. Although the filters were dirty and my initial reaction was it was freezing up because of the filters, it turns out that the system was low on refrigerant which was causing the unit to freeze up. We topped off the refrigerant charge and will need to return to perform a leak test on the unit, I reinstalled the old filter and confirmed that it did not have any effect on the operation of the system.

Arrived on site for a frozen condenser. Upon arrival condenser was still running and frozen. Manager then proceeded to tell me that the other condenser has not been running, claims it hasn't been running for over a year. Check both split systems inside the store the one that is connected with the Frozen condenser was frozen inside, lines that was frozen. P-trap was pretty dirty, blew it out. Access to water was given, washed both split condensers and compact unit. The condenser that was not on, the air handler that is connected to it was on/ has power. Was going to diagnose the condenser but water from hose Whispering directly onto the electrical panel. Have to come back to check pressures on frozen unit, left unit fan on but no call for cooling.

Arrived onsite for no cooling. Follow previous call with no power to the roof top condenser. Confirmed breakers are on. Went to roof and confirmed power. System did not come on. Opened the electrical controls and found 3 missing high voltage fuses. Observed contact pulled in and power to the control board.

Confirmed setback measurements for the condenser from the property line, the town is requiring 5 ft of clearance to the property line. I spoke with Adam who is the zoning official and he told me that as long as we take a picture of the old unit we can replace it in the same spot as it was in prior. We need to push the new unit tighter to the wall to allow as much clearance to the property lines possible.

Arrived onsite for no AC. Turned thermostat is on cooling. Confirmed inside air handler is operational. Went to roof to look at outside condenser unit. Found the unit turned off at the service switch. Turn switch on but no power to the system. Went to breaker room and did not find any circuit breakers tripped. Performed continuity test on compressor. Did not find the compressor grounded. Did measure continuity between compressor terminals had an initial high ohm but all three settled at 9 ohms. Possible motor winding issue but need power to the unit to confirm. Recommend having an electrician fox power to the outdoor unit.

Customer having seemingly similar issue to last time. Customer swears it's related, jack says its not related because the system was working for a month in between. We will have to see if this is related or not to charge the diagnostic or not. Looking into notes now, jack recommended a maintenance, sent estimate. Alli called to schedule it and customer did not answer. Could be the reason the unit isn't running. if we find maintenance needs to be done we can call the landlord and get that estimate jack sent turned over to hopefully fix the issue. Removed two air handlers and condensers. Install two three ton Coleman inverters. Two two-piece air handlers with Goliath pans and wet switches. Rehooked up existing duct work and had to run brand new thermostat wires to condensers and thermostats. Hooked up and sinked 2 t6 thermostats with customer. Leveled off condensers rehooked up high voltage wiring to all systems. Pressure tested and evacuated all systems. Wait in charged units are operational at this time.

Receive the call that the humidifier had broken and fell off the furnace and that there was a big hole now in the duct. Arrived on site and removed the broken humidifier, put a piece of patch metal over the plenum and sealed it with duct tape. I could not disconnect the water solenoid valve as the saddle valve at the humidifier will not shut off and it will leak water otherwise. We will put together a price to install a new humidifier and water line, if they decide not to replace the humidifier then we should return to eliminate the saddle valve to prevent a future water leak.

Customer led me to the condensers outside. Customer also led me to the unit that is in the attic and also in the basement. Customer Supply me with the filters for both units I changed both filters. Set both thermostats to 60° to operate on the units. Saw both units running outside turn the condenser off cleaned it from the inside out with chemical and water. The Mitsubishi unit outside wash it down with just the water. Check pressures on the condenser pressure seemed good. Temperature split from downstairs with 22°. Temperature split from upstairs to 17°. Inform the customer what's the information, customer acknowledge, should signed off.

Arrived on site, located store manager. Store manager directed me to units, two units are in a HVAC room/closet and the one rooftop unit( not on the rooftop) is located behind a store. Who was informed rooftop unit having four filters, it has six, two of the filters that need to be changed are going to be in front as soon as you pop off the panel to access filters, the rest of the four that are behind them are new. The units inside of HVAC room those two filters have been changed.

Arrived onsite for no heat to bedroom. Confirmed the radiator steam pipe is not heating. Found steam main pipe air vent that should be replaced. For bedroom not heating, confirmed nothing is blocking steam valve. Also confirmed proper tilt of the steam radiator. Turned off all steam radiator valves except for child bedroom and confirmed the bedroom was heating. The steam system seems to require balancing. Recommend adding 7 variable radiator air vents and 1 main pipe air vent. Will provide an estimate.
