Joe was excellent and came out, as promised, 8:15 at night and explained options, possibilities and some history on our unit. Unfortunately, the units problem seems intermittent and will require a follow up service call as it was up and running while Joe was here. Climate Plus has been very accommodating and followed through with communication, scheduling and offering options to maintain the unit in good repair. Allison, also, was excellent and pleasant every time I spoke with her.

Cozee Club: back by 3:15 from picking up kids, customer experiencing the garage unit that connects to the attic not closing when shut down. Thermostat set for 85 for some reason, the upstairs is on and cold air is coming through the downstairs when its shut off on that section. Customer prepaid for diagnostic
12-4 arrival; EPP 1C- Maintenance. Customer has filters. Wants to discuss replacing UV bulb. **Here are the notes on everything that's happened with this: This customer is difficult constantly and made this very confusing on us. Jack at one point priced her out for IAQ 3000- I believe this was inclusive of not only the bulb but also a fan of some sort. I called her with the pricing for it which before plan discount was $284.54 and she cut me off to say "hell no" and argue with me that the price of the bulb should be included as part of her plan. I tried to explain to her that the bulb replacements are not free with her plan but she does get a discount because of her plan and she cut me off again and asked me to cancel the call at that time. At some point we went back and brought up the bulbs again and this time she approved the bulb alone for a similar price. There was discussion at some point that her bulb may be discontinued. Greeted customer upon arrival. Customer led me to air handler, thermostat,condenser. Thermostat was already set to cooling, condenser was on. Unplugged condenser to wash. Plugged condenser back in to check pressures. Put temperature probes to see delta t. Delta T split peaked at 18°F. Pressures were good, subcooling was low but everything else was fine. Unit has been cooling and was still cooling.

Customer was not home when I arrived. Customer left the unit running. Pulled out the disconnect to clean the condenser. Clean the condenser from inside out with chemical and water. For the condenser back together and plug them back in to take pressures. Pressures were good but for some odd reason I'm getting zero subcooling. Temperature difference from inside the house is 32°. Went to the attic and noticed that the P-trap for the condensation line was blocked off. Blew out the blockage. Check the evaporator coils and fan blower everything was good. Change filter. Gave customer information/ status of unit, customer acknowledged and signed off.
Greeted customer upon arrival. Customer led me to the condenser that's on the left side of the front of the house. Air handler is located in the Attic that is entered by a pull-down staircase in the garage. Customer turned on AC on the thermostat. What's the condenser saw the condenser running unplug the condenser. Took the top of the condenser off and took branches and leaves from the inside. Washed out condenser with chemical and water. Put the top of the condenser back on and pop a disconnect back on. Being hooked up feel peace gauges on the condenser to check pressures. Precious were perfect. Went to the air handler in the attic. Changed the filter that was applied by the customer. Opened up the air handler to check blower wheel and coils, everything was very clean. Check temperature split from the inside with temperature probes. Temperature difference at 26 degrees Fahrenheit inform customer about the units, customer acknowledged and signed off.
Arrived onsite for a no heat and no AC service call. Upon arrival homeowner explained the thermostat was difficult to work. We turned in the heat and the system did not start. Observed a high efficiency condensation furnace from 2006 and a phased out R22 AC coil and condenser from 2007 manufacturer date.
Customer upon arrival, customer directed me to the two condensers. Customer already had the AC on from both floors. School disconnect on both condensers hopped off the top and clean them from inside out also washed it down with chemical and water. Thanks for voltage and amps everything was fine. Hatfield peace gauges on pressures were fine on the first floor pressures on the second floor unit was slightly lower than it should be but systems operating efficiently and customers never had any issues. What up to the attic change filters on both units.
Removed old 4-ton system with electric heat. Installed new 4-ton Coleman air handler with txv capped off bolt sets of 60 amp wires. Hooked up 30 amp wire with disconnect and fuses. Adapted new air handler to Old dock work installed three IEQ systems filters and blue lights. Installed 5-ton Coleman inverter condenser set unit for four tons of cooling performed evacuation pressure test and pre-charge system. Everything is operational at this time.
No timing for arrival given- Heat pump Unit for the fathers office and the parish office is reading E1 and not working. There are other units on property. I introduced and built all of the partner plan and he said he is going to review it with his superiors but is okay with paying the diagnostic for now. Units were installed 2016/2017. They have never called for maintenance since I have been here. he also mentioned that there is a condenser he would like to look at getting replaced. The person who called:(201)788-3407

upon arrival in Greater customer. customer let me upstairs to the attic. checked out the air handler in the Attic everything seems fine. there is no brush for the condensation PVC P-trap. turn on the thermostat to cooling went outside to see the condenser was running, the condenser was running. pulled disconnect from the condenser to turn off the condenser. open the top of the condenser to take out everything inside the condenser such as leaves dirt rocks and random acorns. used chemicals to clean the condenser also use the owner's hose. check our loan and high voltage. also checked for amps. was not able to check for pressures so instead I just use the temperature probes to see the difference in temperature inside the house from the return vent and the supply vent and the temperature difference peaked at 20° f. turned off the attic to the attic close the attic access ladder turn the thermostat back off to how it was make sure to disconnect was plugged in again for the condenser and ev

Installed new indoor blower fan under warranty. Also performed system diagnostic due to trauma of system running with mount blower motor working. System is running great. Cooling really well.
