Joe was excellent and came out, as promised, 8:15 at night and explained options, possibilities and some history on our unit. Unfortunately, the units problem seems intermittent and will require a follow up service call as it was up and running while Joe was here. Climate Plus has been very accommodating and followed through with communication, scheduling and offering options to maintain the unit in good repair. Allison, also, was excellent and pleasant every time I spoke with her.

3-6pm Arrival, could be available earlier; Customer mentioning a few problems. Sounds like he knew someone who probably did some shotty work although he doesn't seem to think so. He says the air handler doesn't turn off, thinks relay might need to be replaced. He very briefly mentioned that the system probably needs to be recharged, I said so is there a leak you're aware of and he started backpedaling so I don't know what the situation is there. He says it's only a 2 year old unit and his buddy put it in. Joe is going to see his sister Bonnie Costello next week. He is aware of cost of service. **Please note the school gets out at 3:10 and the area is very busy. Parking may be challenging due to it being a narrow road.
12-4 Arrival; Cozee Club 1C- Maintenance. Specifically requests Jack. Will have filter on site. Aware of cost of service. Brand new unit installed last May
11-1 Arrival; EPP 1C- Maintenance. Customer is aware he needs to provide filter.
Air Duct Cleaning and Sealing: Cleaned and sealed leaky, dust-filled ductwork to improve air circulation and indoor air quality, while advising the homeowner on ongoing duct maintenance.
Cooling Only System Maintenance - Seasonal Plan Seasonal maintenance for (1) split system up to 5 ton cooling capacity, either roof or ground mounted Includes replacing of standard fiberglass air filter (pleated higher performance filters can be added at an additional cost) , includes replacing blower belt (if applicable), grease or oil bearings, chemically clean the condensing unit, clean the condensate drain line, check operation of all safety devices, check operation of operating controls, check all motors, compressor and refrigerant charge, visual inspection of the duct system.
Arrived onsite for ac maintenance on 1 system. Turn AC on to confirm operation. Checked all electrical. Chemically Cleaned outside unit, measured pressures for R22 at 56/150psi with 10 degree sub cooling with outside temperature at 73 degrees. Measured temperature drop at 16 degrees. Blew out condensate line. Found filter door ajar and broken. Taped door back on. Need to replace 213 media filter. System needs System running as it should.
Arrived onsite for ac maintenance on 1 units. Turn AC on to confirm operation. Filter is 20x25x4 and recommend replacing. Checked all electrical. Chemically Cleaned outside unit, measured pressures for 410a at 108/330psi with 8 degree sub cooling with outside temperature at 77 degrees. Measured temperature drop at 13 degrees. Cleaned evaporator coil and blew out condensate line. System has rusted evaporator coil. Possibly low on refrigerant and possible fault in the metering device. System is running but recommend replacement due to age and condition.
Arrived onsite for ac maintenance on AC System. Homeowner requested that we add the basement system to the Elite Partner Plan. Also, adding media filter 213 service for attic system. Office will reach out to update Elite Partner Plan offering.
Arrived onsite for a no-heat service call in a Munchin high efficiency boiler with indirect hot water tank. Performed diagnostic and found fault in the ignition system. Attempted to find replacement parts but difficult to obtain. Parts will need to be special order and require at least 3 business days. Cleaned up current ignition system. Even with broken electrode, the system was able to spark enough to run. It is not operating with any certainty. Homeowner elected to forego the repair and would like to replace the system. Will have office set an appointment for an estimate.
Arrived onsite for ac maintenance on 1 units. confirm operation of the system. Cleaned outside unit coils and drains.. Cleaned evaporator coil and cleaned condensate line. Homeowner recently changed filter; uses merv 13 one inch filter; recommend changing every two months during prime usage to maintain good airflow. System running as it should.
Arrived onsite for ac maintenance on 1 system. Asked customer to turn AC on to confirm operation. Checked all electrical for loose or burnt connections. Use water only to cleaned outside unit coils, fan blades, and casing. Due to inverter motor, did. It measured pressures for 410a; outside temperature at 55 degrees. Measured temperature drop at 12 degrees 66/54 which is within range for the outdoor temperature. Cleaned condensate trap and primed trap with water. Condensate trap, pump and drain line are all in good working order. Discussed option for the air filter system. Currently there is an old electronic filter compartment with a 20x25x4 filter inside. The filter barely fits. Homeowner is going to purchase 18x28x1 filter. Cooling System has passed the inspection mechanical, performance, and safety systems.
Arrived onsite for ac maintenance on 1 units. Turn AC on to confirm operation. Checked all electrical. Attempted to Cleaned outside unit but there was an issue with the outdoor water supply. Measured temperature drop at 13 degrees. Cleaned evaporator coil and clean condensate line. Turned off humidifier. System requires a 413 media filter. System running as it should.
Arrived onsite for ac maintenance on 1 units. Asked customer to turn AC on to confirm operation. Changed 310 media filter provided by climate plus. Checked all electrical. Chemically Cleaned outside unit, measured pressures for 410a at 102/196 psi with 7.2 degree sub cooling with outside temperature at 53 degrees. Measured temperature drop at 25 degrees. Cleaned evaporator coil and condensate line. Performed efficiency test utilizing MeasureQuick. Noticed the need for a duct cleaning; will send quote. System running as it should.
Arrived onsite for no heating call. Performed diagnostic and found a fault in the Combustion Exhaust system. Homeowner elected the bandaid repair as he may be upgrading the unit before next winter. Removed wiring of failed part. Removed combustion drains and exhaust piping. Removed motor assembly. Installed new part. Cleared the combustion drains. Reconnect the drainage and exhaust piping. Wire in the new part. Confirmed operation. Found the system going off on high limit. Performed diagnostic and believe the secondary heat exchanger is blocked. System is functioning and homeowner would like to replace prior to next winter.
Removed old 120,000 BTU crown boiler cast iron installed new 136,000 BTU crown phantom velocity boiler three new zone valves, new spiral vent, new expansion tank, ground fist pump and re-pipe the whole boiler. Everything is operational at this time.
