Arrived onsite for issues with heating system heat pump; possible low refrigerant. Performed diagnostic and found the system heating at a 20 degree temperature rise with supple temp around 82. Measured r22 Refriferant pressures at 51/170. Measured ac temperature drop at 20 degrees 65/45. Recharged system with up to 1lb of r22. Increased r22 pressure to 65/200. Increased supply heat to 95 degrees. System seems to have a restriction possibly in the reversing valve. New system has been ordered and we’re are waiting on the manufacturer.
Moved old 60,000 BTU natural gas furnace. 90% installed new 96%. 60,000 BTU natural gas firmness. Installed new three-time coil and condenser with a new condenser pack. We also added a wet switch and an easy track.. rehooked up drain line, gas piping, electrical and 2-in exhaust in the intake. Did a pressure test on air conditioning pull vacuum test and pre-charge the unit need to return in the spring to check pressures
Arrived on site to check out the furnace for no heat, upon arrival I found that the circuit board was flashing a five error code. This indicates that there is a flame present without a call for heat, I could not get the board to reset. The board has failed, I reinstalled the original circuit board and was able to get the furnace to fire up. It is operating at this time.
Arrived onsite for maintenance on steam boiler and inspection of new heat pump system. Requested the customer turn on the thermostats up to heat and confirm operation of the boiler. Turned the boiler off and removed and cleaned all burners and wiped cleaner the burner compartment: performed a visual inspection of all electrical and inspected all external water components such as automatic water feeder, fill valve, backflow preventer and pressuretrol. Bled the steam boiler of water. Cleaned site glass and confirmed water level on site glass is within specification. Confirmed site glass valves are operational and opened. Removed and Cleaned pigtail. Went radiator to radiator to confirm heating. Found master bedroom radiator was air locked due to failed air valve replaced valve and confirmed operation. Confirmed everything is operating and heating properly at this time.
Arrived onsite for no heat service call. Found several issues. Found fault in the electronic control circuit system. Fault in pressure sensing system. Fault in the combustion drainage system. Went through several repair options and homeowner elected to replace furnace and AC system based on age, condition, and warranty information.
Arrived onsite for heating maintenance 1 high efficiency gas fired furnace 1 . Furnace unit: Ask customer to turn heat on and confirmed operation. Changed filter provided by homeowner. Brushed and Wiped down furnace blower cabinet and gas burners. Burners fired and are in good working order. No visual impingement detected. Checked electrical. Igniter in good order. Cleaned the flame sensor. Confirmed pressure switches and hoses are in good order. Cleared condensate line is clear. Measured 30 degree temperature rise. System is operating as it should.
