AC Repair Service: Diagnosed and repaired circuit board issues within the AC unit, restoring reliable operation and preventing intermittent shutdowns.
Heating System Repairs: A client’s HVAC system was experiencing heating inefficiencies due to a malfunctioning heat exchanger. To ensure safe operation and optimal heat transfer, I swiftly replaced the faulty exchanger, restoring warmth and efficiency to the home.
We drained down the old boiler and removed the old system. We mounted leveled and piped in the new boiler install new ball valves and drains on the system. We ran out a new 3-in PVC flu pipe replacing the old 3-in vent. We wired the high voltage to system from the zone control plumber is going to change out the zone control and why are all the zone valves and thermostats. Hooked up and installed a new 3/4 gas flex and checked for leaks. Ran out new outdoor sensor. Need to return when they turn on the water from the street to the house to fill and purge the boiler then we can proceed with doing a startup and a combustion analysis test. Started boiler performed a combustion test changes curve he would like us to come back after everything is done with the plumber and just double check everything on the boiler

Air Conditioning System Installation Service: I expertly installed an American Standard central air conditioner, implementing post-installation cooling measures to ensure a smooth compressor startup. This proactive approach extended the compressor’s lifespan and optimized system performance.
Air Purification System Repair: A client reported decreased indoor air quality. Upon inspection, I found that the UV purification system’s lamp had expired. I replaced the lamp, restoring the system’s ability to neutralize airborne contaminants, ensuring cleaner, healthier air.

Furnace Repair: A homeowner struggling with inconsistent heating contacted us for assistance. During the inspection, we found a worn flame sensor. We replaced it with a new, high-quality component and tested the entire furnace to confirm steady, efficient operation.
We installed a new 80 percent Coleman natural gas furnace. We remove the old system and leveled the new unit in place We adapted hooked up and sealed the ductwork. We hooked up gas piping and tested for leaks We also hooked up new 4-in flu piping. We hooked up wet switch for condensate pump and wired in high and low voltage installing a new shutoff switch and dual outlet. We ran the unit ensuring all functions of the system. Everything is operational at this time.
Arrived onsite for no heat service call. Found the system shutting off due to high heat limit being reached. Observed air flow issue due to the filter and the blower motor. System is operational but does require a new blower motor and board. The landlord elected to replace the system due to age and condition. He approved the value furnace.
